Campesinos Sin Fronteras Corporation is certified by the United States Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to assist Yuma County’s low and moderate-income families with owner-occupied housing rehabilitation, self-help services, and housing counseling services for eligible households. They received a two-year Self-Help Technical Assistance Program grant to assist low and very low income families with the application filing process and the technical aspects related to the application for assistance to families that have been place in a waiting list. Those families who qualify must agree to contribute a specified minimum amont of the labor involved in the rehabilitation of their houses.
